Project Point Collaborates with NYK Khordha and Block Office Begunia for Swachhata Pakhwada on 2nd October

On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, Project Point Odisha, in collaboration with Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK) Khordha and the Block Office of Begunia, actively participated in the Swachhata Pakhwada on 2nd October 2025. This initiative was undertaken as part of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India’s ongoing efforts to promote cleanliness, civic responsibility, and youth-led development under the Swachh Bharat Mission.

The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of youth volunteers, NYKS members, Project Point team members, and local panchayat representatives, who joined hands for a mass cleanliness drive, awareness rally, and plantation activity in Begunia Block. The campaign aimed at fostering environmental consciousness and community involvement among young citizens, aligning with the vision of a Clean and Green India.

Some glimpses of this impactful initiative have also been featured by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports in its documentation of significant activities under the Youth Development sector, highlighting the importance of grassroots participation in national missions.

Through this collaboration, Project Point continues to strengthen its commitment to sustainable development and youth engagement, working closely with government bodies to empower rural communities.
